    Ingredients
  • 1 egg
  • 2 ounces crab dip sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons green onions
  • ½ cup crab meat
  • 1 teaspoon Kaffir lime leaves, slivered
  • ½ teaspoon sliced red chilies
  • 10 shrimp chips
  • Crab Dip Sauce
  • 4 cups coconut milk
  • 1 cup fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons palm sugar
  • 6 tablespoons Madras curry powder
  • ½ cup ginger
  • 2 shallots
  • ½ cup garlic, peeled
  • 12 Fresno peppers
steps
  1. Cook chips in oil until crispy.
  2. In a hot pan, bring sauce to simmer.
  3. Add the egg and cook until incorporated.
  4. Add the remaining ingredients and fold gently to incorporate evenly.
