1 ounce light rum
1 ounce aged rum
¾ ounce lime juice
½ ounce agave syrup
¼ ounce absinthe
1 strawberry, hulled
6 ounces crushed ice
Garnish: 1 small strawberry
- In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a chilled martini glass and garnish with strawberry.
Shake it up: If you don’t want to break out the blender, shake all ingredients in a cocktail tin and double-strain into the glass instead.
