One cocktail

  • 1 ounce light rum
  • 1 ounce aged rum
  • ¾ ounce lime juice
  • ½ ounce agave syrup
  • ¼ ounce absinthe
  • 1 strawberry, hulled
  • 6 ounces crushed ice
  • Garnish: 1 small strawberry
  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a chilled martini glass and garnish with strawberry.

Shake it up: If you don’t want to break out the blender, shake all ingredients in a cocktail tin and double-strain into the glass instead.
