1 medium shallot, chopped
⅓ cup chopped fresh parsley
1 cup Duke’s mayonnaise
½ cup whole grain mustard
¼ cup hot sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

In a large bowl, combine ham, lemon zest, shallot, and parsley. Fold in lemon juice, mayo, mustard, and hot sauce until well-combined. Season to taste. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest in fridge for at least an hour.
