1 cocktail

  • 1 ounce Del Maguey Vida Mezcal
  • 1 ounce Cocchi Americano
  • ¾ ounce pineapple
  • ¾ ounce lime,
  • ½ ounce jalapeño syrup (recipe follows)
  • ½ ounce green Chartreuse
  • Jalapeño Syrup
  • 1 cup freshly sliced jalapeño rings (seeds included)
  • 1 cup water
  1. Shake. Strain over fresh ice in a Collins glass.
  2. Garnish with pineapple leaf.

Jalapeno Syrup

  1. In a Vita Prep (or a blender), blend peppers and water until smooth.
  2. Strain through a chinoise.
