1 ounce Del Maguey Vida Mezcal
1 ounce Cocchi Americano
¾ ounce pineapple
¾ ounce lime,
½ ounce jalapeño syrup (recipe follows)
½ ounce green Chartreuse
1 cup freshly sliced jalapeño rings (seeds included)
1 cup water

steps
- Shake. Strain over fresh ice in a Collins glass.
- Garnish with pineapple leaf.
Jalapeno Syrup
- In a Vita Prep (or a blender), blend peppers and water until smooth.
- Strain through a chinoise.
