  • 4 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cups of ketchup
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup – ¾ cup of espresso
  1. Heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant and soft.
  2. Add the apple cider vinegar, ketchup, and brown sugar. Let simmer for a few minutes.
  3. Add the espresso and simmer until reduced.
