4 tablespoons minced garlic
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup apple cider vinegar
2 cups of ketchup
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup – ¾ cup of espresso
- Heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant and soft.
- Add the apple cider vinegar, ketchup, and brown sugar. Let simmer for a few minutes.
