One cocktail

  • ¾ ounce lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • ¼ ounce maraschino liqueur
  • 8 ounces crushed ice
  • 2 ounces white rum (Detrich uses Bacardi Superior)
  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients except rum and blend on low. With blender running, slowly incorporate rum until mixture blends in an even and smooth cone.
  2. Pour into a chilled martini glass.
