1 cocktail

  • 1½ ounces reposado tequila
  • ½ ounce St-Germain
  • ½ ounce Cointreau
  • ½ ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1½ ounces freshly squeezed Ruby Red grapefruit
  • Cava to top (Avinyo Cava Rosat recommended)
  • Lime twist for garnish
  1. Combine first 5 ingredients and shake over ice.
  2. Serve over fresh ice, top with Cava, and garnish with lime twist.
