1½ ounces reposado tequila
½ ounce St-Germain
½ ounce Cointreau
½ ounce fresh lime juice
1½ ounces freshly squeezed Ruby Red grapefruit
Cava to top (Avinyo Cava Rosat recommended)
Lime twist for garnish
- Combine first 5 ingredients and shake over ice.
- Serve over fresh ice, top with Cava, and garnish with lime twist.
