1½ ounces gin
1 ounce agave nectar
3 ounces fresh grapefruit juice
2 sprigs tarragon for garnish
Grapefruit wedge for garnish
- Add first three ingredients to a cocktail shaker, shake, and strain over ice.
- Rub tarragon between palms to release oils then add to glass. Garnish with grapefruit.
