1 cocktail

  • 2 ounces lemon juice
  • freshly squeezed
  • 1½ ounces simple syrup
  • 1½ ounces Hat Trick Botanically Fine Gin
  • 5 dashes aromatic bitters (Scott recommends Angostura)
  1. Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker with ice and shake for 20 seconds.
  2. Strain over fresh ice or straight up with lemon peel twist garnish.
  3. Serve in rocks glass or neat in a coupe style glass.
