2 ounces of El Dorado 5 Year Rum
½ ounce cold brew coffee
½ ounce orgeat syrup*
¼ ounce Cathead HooDoo Chicory Liqueur
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Crushed ice
Mint sprig for garnish
Powdered sugar for garnish
*Orgeat syrup is a sweet syrup made from almonds, sugar, and a dash of orange flower water.

- Combine rum, coffee, orgeat syrup, chicory liqueur and bitters in a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously and then strain over crushed ice in a julep cup.
- Top with more crushed ice then garnish with a sprig of mint. Sprinkle mint with powdered sugar and serve.
