Goat Cheese and Havarti Grilled Cheese

1 sandwich

  • 1½ ounces goat cheese
  • 1½ ounces havarti cheese
  • 2 slices pullman bread,Butter
  1. Layer cheese on one slice of bread, then top with second slice.
  2. Heat butter in skillet over medium heat. Once butter is melted and hot, add sandwich and cook for 2−3 minutes, until golden. Flip sandwich and cook on other side until golden and cheese is melted (or make in a panini press).
