Grilled Andouille Sausage with Whole-Grain Mustard

  • 2 pounds fresh Andouille sausage
  • ½ cup Creole mustard (or whole-grain mustard)
  • Toothpicks for serving
  1. Prepare grill over medium-high heat. Add whole sausage links to grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, turning occasionally to ensure they don’t burn.
  2. When sausages are fully cooked (about 10-12 minutes), remove from heat and allow to rest on a cutting board for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Use a knife to cut the links into 1-inch-sized pieces. Serve with toothpicks and plenty of mustard on the side.
