Makes one cocktail
2 ounces bourbon (Buffalo Trace recommended)
1/3 ounce Luxardo cherry juice
5 dashes bitters
4 sprays absinthe
Garnish: orange twist and Luxardo cherry
- Combine ingredients: Pour bourbon, cherry juice, and bitters in mixing beaker. Add ice and stir.
- Coat glass in absinthe: Use atomizer to spray glass 4 times with absinthe.
- Assemble cocktail: Add large cube and strain over top. Garnish with orange twist and cherry.
