Makes one cocktail

  • 2 ounces bourbon (Buffalo Trace recommended)
  • 1/3 ounce Luxardo cherry juice
  • 5 dashes bitters
  • 4 sprays absinthe
  • Garnish: orange twist and Luxardo cherry
  1. Combine ingredients: Pour bourbon, cherry juice, and bitters in mixing beaker. Add ice and stir.
  2. Coat glass in absinthe: Use atomizer to spray glass 4 times with absinthe.
  3. Assemble cocktail: Add large cube and strain over top. Garnish with orange twist and cherry.
