Hanger Steak with Ginger and Green Onion Sauce

  • 3 scallions thinly sliced
  • 4 garlic cloves peeled and minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger peeled and minced
  • ½ cup sake
  • ½ cup hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 pounds hanger steak
  1. Combine first 6 ingredients and pour over hanger steaks. Let marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
  2. Grill to desired temperature. Rest for 10 minutes before slicing and placing on platter.
