3 scallions thinly sliced
4 garlic cloves peeled and minced
2 tablespoons fresh ginger peeled and minced
½ cup sake
½ cup hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 pounds hanger steak
- Combine first 6 ingredients and pour over hanger steaks. Let marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
- Grill to desired temperature. Rest for 10 minutes before slicing and placing on platter.
