1½ ounces Hendricks gin
¼ ounce St. Germain elderflower liqueur
Splash of club soda
3 slices cucumber
- Pour the Hendricks gin and St. Germain into a cocktail shaker. Add ice and 3 slices of cucumber and shake vigorously.
- Strain over ice and finish with a splash of soda.
- Garnish with slices of cucumber and lime and serve.
