1 cocktail

  • 1½ ounces Hendricks gin
  • ¼ ounce St. Germain elderflower liqueur
  • Splash of club soda
  • 3 slices cucumber
  1. Pour the Hendricks gin and St. Germain into a cocktail shaker. Add ice and 3 slices of cucumber and shake vigorously.
  2. Strain over ice and finish with a splash of soda.
  3. Garnish with slices of cucumber and lime and serve.
