⅛ teaspoon cinnamon
2½ cups whole milk
3 tablespoons honey
⅛ teaspoon ground cloves
6 cinnamon sticks, 3 inches long
Nutmeg, generous pinch
Ground coffee – enough to make a full pot of coffee in either a drip or French press coffee maker

- Brew coffee as normal, adding spices to the ground beans before brewing.
- While holiday spiced coffee is brewing, heat milk in a saucepan with honey over medium heat, stirring with a whisk until warm and slightly frothy.
- Fill cups ⅔ with coffee, then top with the warm milk. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and spices (optional).
