
Ingredients
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons poppy seeds
¼ cup honey, preferably Savannah Bee Company’s Palmetto Honey
¾ cup olive oil
Directions
In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, poppy seeds and honey. Once combined, very slowly add the olive oil, while whisking, until the vinaigrette is emulsified.
