Verde’s Honey Poppy Seed Vinaigrette marries the sweet, subtly smoky notes of honey with the tartness of apple cider vinegar and the salty, nasal heat of Dijon mustard.

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, poppy seeds and honey.
  2. Once combined, very slowly add the olive oil, while whisking, until the vinaigrette is emulsified.
