  • Hoodoo Brew
  • 3 ounces cold brew coffee
  • 1 ½ ounces Hoodoo Chicory Liqueur
  • ½ ounce Buffalo Trace bourbon
  • ½ ounce orange allspice syrup (see below)
  • Splash of half and half
  • For Orange Allspice Syrup
  • Zest of one orange
  • 1 tablespoon allspice berries
  • freshly cracked
  • 1 cup simple syrup

Place all in a saucepan on low heat and let steep until desired depth of flavor is achieved, approximately 30 minutes. Strain before use and store extra in an airtight container.

To Assemble

  1. Fill a pint glass with ice.
  2. Pour all ingredients, except for half and half, over ice and stir.
  3. Top with half and half.
