3 ounces cold brew coffee
1 ½ ounces Hoodoo Chicory Liqueur
½ ounce Buffalo Trace bourbon
½ ounce orange allspice syrup (see below)
Splash of half and half
Zest of one orange
1 tablespoon allspice berries
1 cup simple syrup
For Orange Allspice Syrup
Place all in a saucepan on low heat and let steep until desired depth of flavor is achieved, approximately 30 minutes. Strain before use and store extra in an airtight container.
- Fill a pint glass with ice.
- Pour all ingredients, except for half and half, over ice and stir.
- Top with half and half.
