1 glass

  • 3 or 4 slices ginger
  • 2 ounces Becherovka (herbal bitters)
  • ¼ ounce lime juice
  • Tonic water
  • Lime wheel for garnish

Macerate ginger in the bottom of a Collins glass. Add Becherovka and lime juice. Add ice and top up with tonic. Garnish with a lime wheel.
