3 or 4 slices ginger
2 ounces Becherovka (herbal bitters)
¼ ounce lime juice
Lime wheel for garnish
Macerate ginger in the bottom of a Collins glass. Add Becherovka and lime juice. Add ice and top up with tonic. Garnish with a lime wheel.
