One cocktail

    Ingredients
  • 1 ounce Junipero Gin
  • 1 ounce Carpano Bianco vermouth
  • Juice of one grapefruit wedge, plus additional to garnish
  • Dry Prosecco to finish
steps

Combine first three ingredients in a glass, then gently pour into a low tumbler glass filled with ice to blend. Top with dry Prosecco and garnish with grapefruit wedge.
