1 ounce Junipero Gin
1 ounce Carpano Bianco vermouth
Juice of one grapefruit wedge, plus additional to garnish
Dry Prosecco to finish
Combine first three ingredients in a glass, then gently pour into a low tumbler glass filled with ice to blend. Top with dry Prosecco and garnish with grapefruit wedge.
