4 ounces Earl Grey tea, brewed
4 ounces Apple cider, locally sourced if possible
2 ounces bourbon
Slice of lemon
Apple for garnish
Add bourbon to equal parts earl grey tea and apple cider. Garnish with a slice of lemon and slice of apple (The Winged Lion uses red delicious).
