1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
⅓ cup sugar
⅛ teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
6 tablespoons butter, melted
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, salt, and lemon zest. Add butter and mix until combined.
- Press into springform pan and bake 10 minutes until edges begin to brown. Let cool.
