Lemon Icebox Pie Graham Cracker Crust

1 piecrust

  • 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • ⅛ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, salt, and lemon zest. Add butter and mix until combined.
  3. Press into springform pan and bake 10 minutes until edges begin to brown. Let cool.
