Makes one cocktail

  • ½ ounce rye whiskey (George Dickel Rye recommended)
  • ½ ounce aged rum (Zaya 16 Yr. Rum recommended)
  • ½ ounce gin (Bombay Dry Gin recommended)
  • ¾ ounce spiced grenadine
  • ¾ ounce lime juice
  • 4 dashes Regan’s orange bitters
  • Garnish: 2 sprigs rosemary
  1. Add all ingredients into shaker tin.
  2. Fill with ice, shake, and strain into a coupe style glass.
  3. Top cocktail with a float of your favorite red wine. Garnish with rosemary.
