1 cocktail

  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ tablespoon freshly grated ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • Sparkling wine

Muddle together peaches, sugar and ginger. Add 1 cup water, then strain into a large glass. Add cloves, nutmeg, and apple cider vinegar. To a chilled coupe, add ¾ ounce peach mixture, then top with sparkling wine.
