one cocktail

  • 1¾ ounces Suntory Whisky Toki
  • 1 ounce cantaloupe puree
  • ½ ounce simple syrup
  • ½ ounce fresh lemon juice
  • Soda water
  • Garnish: melon cube, mint sprig, lemon peel
  1. Combine whisky, puree, simple syrup, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker. Shake well and fine strain into a wine glass filled with ice. Top off with soda water and garnish with a melon cube, mint sprig, and lemon peel.
