1¾ ounces Suntory Whisky Toki
1 ounce cantaloupe puree
½ ounce simple syrup
½ ounce fresh lemon juice
Garnish: melon cube, mint sprig, lemon peel
- Combine whisky, puree, simple syrup, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker. Shake well and fine strain into a wine glass filled with ice. Top off with soda water and garnish with a melon cube, mint sprig, and lemon peel.
