1 drink

  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 ounces Bittermens New Orleans Coffee Liqueur
  • 1 ounces Cathead Chicory Liqueur
  • ¼ ounces Rich Demerara Syrup (2 Parts sugar & 1 part water, melted over medium low heat)
  • 7 drops Bittermens New Orleans Coffee Bitters
  • 1 lemon peel
  • 3 grates of whole nutmeg
  1. Crack one whole egg.
  2. Dry shake for 20 seconds. Add liquid ingredients and shake 20 times.
  3. Double strain into a 6 ounce Delmonico glass.
  4. Grate nutmeg on top.
  5. Express lemon peel (firm twist) about 5 inches above the glass to shower the lemon oil over the entire glass.
