1 whole egg
1 ounces Bittermens New Orleans Coffee Liqueur
1 ounces Cathead Chicory Liqueur
¼ ounces Rich Demerara Syrup (2 Parts sugar & 1 part water, melted over medium low heat)
7 drops Bittermens New Orleans Coffee Bitters
1 lemon peel
3 grates of whole nutmeg

- Crack one whole egg.
- Dry shake for 20 seconds. Add liquid ingredients and shake 20 times.
- Double strain into a 6 ounce Delmonico glass.
- Grate nutmeg on top.
- Express lemon peel (firm twist) about 5 inches above the glass to shower the lemon oil over the entire glass.
