  • 1 ounce Clyde Mays Whiskey
  • 1 ounce Dubonnet Rouge
  • 1 ounce Cynar
  • Grapefruit peel for garnish

Add to mixing glass with ice and stir. Strain into old fashioned glass over a big cube. Garnish with a grapefruit peel.
