Philip Middleton’s Oyster Dipping Sauces

    Ingredients
  • Lime Sauce
  • Juice from 1 dozen limes
  • 1 tablespoon of fine ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Oyster Dipping Sauce
  • 1 cup rice wine vinegar
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ½ tablespoon sesame oil
  • ½ cup chopped cilantro
  • 6 cloves of garlic, finely minced
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • Seafood Cocktail Sauce
  • 4 cups Heinz catsup
  • 2 tablespoons ground horseradish (or more to taste)
  • ¼ cup hot sauce

Combine and serve.
