Philip Middleton’s Oyster Dipping Sauces


Lime Sauce

Juice from 1 dozen limes

1 tablespoon of fine ground black pepper

1 teaspoon salt

Oyster Dipping Sauce

1 cup rice wine vinegar

½ cup soy sauce

½ tablespoon sesame oil

½ cup chopped cilantro

6 cloves of garlic, finely minced

1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely minced

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

Seafood Cocktail Sauce

4 cups Heinz catsup

2 tablespoons ground horseradish (or more to taste)

¼ cup hot sauce


Combine and serve.
