Makes 1 cocktail

    ingredients
  • 2 ounces vanilla-infused Barsol pisco (1 tablespoon
  • per bottle)
  • 1⁄2 ounce lime juice
  • 1⁄2 ounce passionfruit puree (such as Total Wine’s Finest Call Passionfruit Puree)
  • 3⁄4 ounce simple syrup
  • 2 ounces chilled Champagne
steps
  1. To a cocktail tin filled with ice, add all ingredients except Champagne and shake until well chilled, about 20 seconds.
  2. Pour into a coupe and finish with bubbly.
