2 ounces vanilla-infused Barsol pisco (1 tablespoon
per bottle)
1⁄2 ounce lime juice
1⁄2 ounce passionfruit puree (such as Total Wine’s Finest Call Passionfruit Puree)
3⁄4 ounce simple syrup
2 ounces chilled Champagne

- To a cocktail tin filled with ice, add all ingredients except Champagne and shake until well chilled, about 20 seconds.
- Pour into a coupe and finish with bubbly.
