6 fresh peaches, peeled and cut into quarters
2 cups fresh blueberries
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup light brown sugar
2 tablespoons butter, diced into small cubes
1½ cups vanilla Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh mint

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Toss together first 6 ingredients in large mixing bowl until evenly distributed. Pour fruit mixture into buttered cast-iron skillet. Bake for 35 minutes. Let cool on wire rack for 15 minutes prior to serving.
- When ready to serve, combine yogurt and mint and mix thoroughly. Dollop yogurt mixture on top of baked fruit and serve.
