Peach Cocktail Sauce

By: The Local Palate
Repeal Andrew Cebulka

Throw together this bright and easy fruit-based sauce, perfect for shrimp or any dishes requiring a sweet kick.

*If fresh peaches aren’t available, substitute 15 ounces of canned peaches. Canned peaches do not need to be cooked in simple syrup. Otherwise, make simple syrup with equal parts sugar and water, warmed until sugar is dissolved.
