2 pounds freestone peaches
¼ pound thinly sliced country ham (if you can’t get your hands on it, go traditional and use prosciutto)
Move over melon and prosciutto
peaches and country ham are the Southern version of the classic Italian snack. Ask your butcher to slice the ham as thinly as possible.
Pit and quarter peaches. Arrange on a platter and wrap or drape wedges with ham.
