Makes 1 cocktail

  • 1½ ounce Cimmaron Blanco Tequila
  • ½ ounce Fresh Lime Juice
  • ½ ounce Aperol
  • ¾ ounce Salted Watermelon Simple Syrup
  • 3 ounces Ginger Beer
  1. Combine all ingredients and serve in a double rocks glass filled with ice.
  2. Garnish with a mint sprig and watermelon slice.
