Makes one cocktail

  • 2 ounces rye whiskey (Eau Palm Beach uses Rabbit Hole Cave Hill Rye Whiskey)
  • 1 ounce tawny port (Eau Palm Beach uses Taylor Fladgate 10yr Tawny Port)
  • 3 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 3 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
  • 1 Luxardo cherry

Add all ingredients into a mixing glass. Add ice and stir with a bar spoon for 12 seconds. Strain into a coupe or martini glass and add a Luxardo cherry.
