3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
½ teaspoon dried thyme
½ teaspoon dried oregano
2 garlic cloves, minced

4 tablespoons olive oil
½ tablespoon yellow mustard
2 (7- to 8-inch) portabella mushroom caps
Portabella Mushroom Marinade
2 slices Gouda cheese
2 hamburger buns
4 ounces coleslaw
Central BBQ mild sauce

Combine marinade ingredients. Brush mushroom caps with marinade. Grill marinated mushroom caps until tender, 4 to 5 minutes per side. Place a cheese slice on top of each cap while still on the grill and let the cheese melt. Layer mushroom caps and cheese onto the hamburger buns. Add coleslaw and drizzle with sauce.
