  • 1 ½ ounces dry sherry
  • ½ ounces Martini & Rossi Rosato vermouth
  • ½ ounces Ty-Ku Schochu
  1. Stir ingredients in a mixing glass over ice.
  2. Strain into a chilled coupe glass
  3. Garnish with a lemon twist.
