Makes one cocktail

  • 1½ ounces of Tito’s vodka
  • 3 ounces of grapefruit juice
  • Chicharron salt for the rim
  • Garnish: housemade bacon
  1. Combine grapefruit juice and Tito’s in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake.
  2. Rim a cocktail glass with chicharron salt.
  3. Strain over ice and garnish with a skewer of bacon.
