1 ounce fresh watermelon puree
½ ounce Cherry Heering liqueur
1 (12-ounce) bottle of belgian-style white ale (Diaz prefers Dogfish Head Namaste White beer)
Orange for garnish
- Pour puree into a frosted glass, add liqueur, and top with beer.
