Seaweed with Garlic and Vinegar

4-6 servings

  • 2 large handfuls dried seaweed
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Pinch each of salt
  • sugar
  • red pepper powder
  • and black pepper
  1. Soak seaweed in cold water for 10 minutes.
  2. While seaweed is soaking, whisk together all other ingredients.
  3. Drain seaweed, coarsely chop, and combine with the rest of the ingredients. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
