2 large handfuls dried seaweed
3 garlic cloves minced
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Pinch each of salt
sugar
red pepper powder
and black pepper

- Soak seaweed in cold water for 10 minutes.
- While seaweed is soaking, whisk together all other ingredients.
- Drain seaweed, coarsely chop, and combine with the rest of the ingredients. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
