1 cocktail

  • 2 ounces Hendrick’s gin
  • ¾ ounce Cointreau
  • ¾ ounce honey-and-thyme-infused simple syrup
  • ½ ounce lemon juice
  • Splash soda water
  • Thyme sprig for garnish

Roll first 4 ingredients and serve in a rocks glass over ice. Add splash of soda water on top and garnish with a fresh thyme sprig.
