one cocktail

  • 1½ ounces Manzanilla sherry
  • ½ ounce Pedro Ximenez sherry
  • ½ ounce demerara syrup
  • ½ ounce cream
  • 1 whole egg
  • Garnish: nutmeg

Combine first five ingredients in a cocktail tin and shake vigorously to froth egg. Add ice and shake again. Double-strain into a coupe and garnish with grated nutmeg.
