1½ ounce Scotch malt whisky
1 ounce Bodegas Gongora
Duque de Carmona orange Sherry*
½ ounce Benedictine
2 dashes Bad Dog Bar Craft sarsaparilla dry bitters*
Orange peel for garnish

- Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with cracked ice.
- Stir until extremely cold and strain into chilled cocktail glass or coupe.
- Flame an orange peel over the glass and garnish with peel.
