Makes about 32 bars

    Ingredients
  • ¾ pound butter, melted
  • 1 quart crushed pretzels
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2½ cups chunky peanut butter
  • Smoked salt, for garnish
steps

1. Combine melted butter, pretzels, and powdered sugar. Press into bottom of greased 9×13-inch sheet pan.

2. Place chocolate chips and peanut butter in a mixing bowl and smoke in smoker at 250 degrees until melted, approximately 10 minutes. Alternately, you can melt chocolate in a microwave, or over a double-boiler, and then combine with peanut butter.

3. Once melted, stir together until smooth and spread over cooled crust. Top with smoked salt and chill until firm. Cut into squares.
