1 cup yellow mustard

2 cups white vinegar

½ cup sugar (brown or white)

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

House-made Cajun seasoning
(¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper, ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika, ½ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon white pepper)

  2. To make Southern mustard sauce, mix all remaining ingredients and let sit for a few minutes for flavors to combine. Serve over ribs.
