4 pounds pork ribs, trimmed
1 cup yellow mustard
2 cups white vinegar
½ cup sugar (brown or white)
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon white pepper

- Place ribs over a medium open flame and cook for about two hours.
- To make Southern mustard sauce, mix all remaining ingredients and let sit for a few minutes for flavors to combine. Serve over ribs.
