    Ingredients

  • 3-5 slices smoked salmon
  • 1 slice tomato
  • 1 slice avocado
  • 2 leaves red leaf lettuce
  • 2 slices wheat berry bread
  • Lemon-dill mayonnaise
  • Lemon-dill mayonnaise
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons grated lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¾ teaspoon dried dill
steps
  1. Spread lemon dill mayo on both slices of toasted bread.
  2. Layer avocado, lettuce, tomato and smoked salmon on toast.
