At The Citizen in Alys Beach, Florida, good eats run aplenty. Even better, the chef’s recipes prove that gourmet cooking doesn’t need to be a project. For a flavor-packed snack that comes together in less than 10 minutes, we’re big fans of their tuna dip with buttered saltine crackers. You simply dress up pre-made smoked tuna dip from your local market or fish monger, and you can do this while the buttered saltines turn golden and crispy in the oven. We recommend adding extra herbs and spice to the dip for a real kick!
