Makes 1 cocktail
1.5 ounces Aviation gin
1 ounce honey syrup
1.5 ounces fresh lemon juice
Prosecco on top
Garnish: Dehydrated lemon wheel (or twist)
- In a cocktail tin filled with ice, combine gin, syrup, lemon juice, and 1 cucumber slice.
- Shake, then double strain into a coupe glass.
- Top with Prosecco and garnish with hydrated lemon and remaining cucumber.
