  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tablespoon fresh cracked black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

  1. Marinate from 1-6 hours depending on what cut you use.
