Garnish: A few drops of finishing olive oil

Make the Honeydew Syrup
- Juice honeydew, add equal parts sugar to honeydew juice, and blend with an immersion blender.
Make the Supersonic Cocktail
- In a cocktail tin filled with ice, combine all ingredients except garnish and shake, then strain into a glass. Top with olive oil.
