Makes 1 cocktail

  • 1½ ounces vermouth
  • 1½ ounces dry Amontillado sherry
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 2 dashes Regan’s orange bitters
  • Garnish: Orange peel

In a mixing glass filled with ice, combine all ingredients except garnish and stir for 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with orange peel.
